completely renovated in August 2008.
The apartment is composed of a living room with a single sofa bed
(120cm wide), a loft with a single sofa bed (120cm wide, please note
that no walls separate the loft from the living room, so there is little
privacy, 2 bedrooms with a Queen sized bed each, a completely
equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a terrace.
The apartment includes AIR CONDITIONING, a TV set (TV only in
Italian), a washing machine, a microwave, a toaster, a DVD player,
American coffee, hair-dryer, cradle, an iron and an ironing board.
The size of the apartment is about 80 square metres.
