This apartment is situated in one of the old thirteenth-century Florentine Tower Houses right in the heart of the city, just 100 metres from the Uffizi Gallery and a 15 minute walk from Piazza Santa Croce. It consists of a large bedroom with double bed (singles on request), wardrobe and desk, a bathroom with shower and WC, a light-filled living room with a sofa bed, and a large kitchen with oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine etc. It has air-conditioning, individual heating (gas), TV, stereo, MP3, and is fully furnished and fitted out for 2/4 people.
The décor is bright and stylish with both antique and typically Florentine furniture.
It is located in quiet, pedestrian Via dei Neri which is filled with all types of boutiques, shops and restaurants. This apartment is not suitable for students and smoking is prohibited
