This elegant and confortable apartment is located in the Florence’s hart in a pedestrian street 50 meter far from “Galleria degli Uffizi “ museum and from Piazza della Signoria and less than 5 minutes walking from the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio.
It has been recently restored, furnished with Florentine taste forniture. It is on the fourth floor with sight over Florentine roofs (no elevator) of noble and ancient building dated 1200 and consists of a large living room with pull out sofa bed for 2 people, kitchen, bedroom with king sized bed, bathroom with shower (additional single bed is available).
The apartment is well light with large windows, quiet, high standard antic furniture, typical Florentine cotto floors and wooden beamed ceiling.
The apartment offers: heating, portable air conditioning, TV, DVD player, Hi- Fi stereo, telephone, fast internet connection, fridge and freezer, american coffee maker, electric toaster, mixer, oven, washing machine, linens, blankets and towels.
Being the apartment located in the Florence historical center, it is in the ideal position for shopping the most world prestigious shops, it is surrounded by the most important museums of the city and any type of service (Banks, post office, restaurants, pizzerie, internet cafè, etc.) is available.
You will find all indications necessary for your stay inside the apartment (map of the city, bus routes, parking stations, food shops, laundries, restaurants etc.).
Notice: Check-in after 3.30 pm to 7.00 p.m. / Check-out by 9.30 a.m..
For all check-ins after 7.30 p.m. there will be a surcharge of 60 Euro.
No check-ins will be accepted after 10.00 p.m. and will be deferred to the following day after 9.0 a.m..
