I was a little dissappointed when we had to pay a late fee for arriving after 6pm as this was not communicated to me. However everything else was fantastic. Nice clean apartment in the heart of Florence. Not a place to stay for those who can't sleep when there is outside noise. Only complaint would be that the electrical sockets did not fit the kettle and microwave otherwise it was great!
